What materials are your hardware made of?

Our door handles are made of stainless steel, a very resistant material.


Can I change the quantity, item, finish on my order?

You can change items on your order, if your order has not been shipped. Simply contact our Customer Service department at (954) 850 1126 or through the contact link.


When will I receive the product?

Merchandise generally ships whithin 2-3 business day. Most orders will arrive in 2-6 business days after shipping.


When I purchased this item it said it was in stock, now it's on backorder. What happened?

We constantly update our stock positions. It is possible that an item noted In-stock can become unavailable or back ordered by the time your order is placed. This depends on the popularity of the item and the time of day. As soon as your item is in-stock it will be shipped.

Is there a restocking fee?

Yes, there is a 15% restocking fee which will be charged upon returning an item.

 

What is a restocking fee and why do you charge for it?

Restocking fees apply to orders that are not damaged or defective and covers the cost of processing the return.

 

I need to return one of the items on my order. Will you send out a free replacement?

We can only process a replacement with a new purchase order. This generally means a temporary charge for the replacement will be made to your card until the returned order is received by the warehouse.
